Languorous
Next papers: Core Lit Paper 2 and Chinese Oral
Papers Left: E Math Paper 2, English Oral, Chemistry, Biology and finally the KILLER of them all...A Math.
After that it's FREEEEEDOM.....Ice Cream Chefs with a few girls in the afternoon, prayer meeting later at night.
Feeling good about most of my papers so far...except english. I totally SCREWED Paper 1. Was depending on paper 1 to pull me up, but was too distracted, thinking about something else...argh. But what's over is over.
Should be able to pass Combined Humans. Before my History paper, I was "sure fail, sure fail".
I didn't know my facts well at all. The ones that i knew particularly well were obviously not tested..e.g Hitler struggled to make ends meet by selling postcards that he painted for a living before moving to Germany. Another e.g. Stalin ordered the killing of 17 million horses to force farmers to use tractors. But there weren't enough tractors to replace the horses that were killed.
WHY in the world could I remember all that but was totally blank on important stuff! Anyway, I didn't study Fascist Japan at all...all I knew was DIET. So, once I saw the SEQ question on Japan, I crossed it out straightaway and headed for Russia and Germany.
But in the end..don't ask me how..I was able to write a lot of points on Hitler and Stalin. THANK GOD that I was able to do the paper!

After absorbing so much about A Midsummer Night's Dream, I decided to take a short break. So I went to my bed, propped my pillow up, and sat down. Head on pillow, music in ears. And BOOM. I suddenly felt sooooo beat. Totally beat. Washed out. Dog-tired. Exhausted. Burned out. Drained. Petered out. Tuckered out. Worn out. Consumed. Done in. Run-down. Languorous.
I feel like a thesaurus..haha.
Nellis and Joey came to study at the Macs opposite my house, since Joey lives just a block away. I was going out for a walk, so decided to just drop in to say HELLO. Nellis said my eyes "looked red, must have been studying". My eyes rarely become red...they just get a tad smaller. This is bad. Study too much, study too much. But it'll all be over by the 16th..my FREEEEDOM day.
Finally got the HONOR SOCIETY album! Borrowed from Samantha, thru Sofiah. It's AWESOMEEEE!
One last thing, CONGRATS OBAMA ON WINNING THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE!
